Christmas Rum Balls
These rum balls are so yummy and are perfect gifts in little jars and to put out for dessert when people come around at Christmas time.
They are super easy to make, all you need is blitz all ingredients in a food processor or if you don't have one, smash the biscuits with a rolling pin in a ziplock bag and then combine with the other ingredients in a bowl. Once mixed, roll into balls and then in coconut - refrigerate until you're ready to serve them.
- 1 packet of arrowroot biscuits
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 1 cup of coconut
- 1/4 cup of cocoa
- 3 tbsp of rum
- Extra coconut to roll the balls in.
